What are some easy appetizers I can serve at a holiday or New Year’s Eve party?

Marilyn’s Answer:

I lroastedradish_webike to serve low maintenance appetizers at parties that can sit out for a while and hold their texture.  Marinated olives, cold or room temperature soups served in shooter glasses (like roasted red pepper soup), homemade salsas, bruschetta, smoked fish with accompaniments, bean dips, and different flavors of hummus are all easy and will please a crowd!  We have some fantastic and interesting recipes for appetizers in the recipe section of our website, including  Roasted Radish Bruschetta with Compound Chive Butter and Sweet Potato Guacamole.
