Portland (though there are so many greats to choose from!).

What do you have that is interesting in your refrigerator?
Bahamas Goombay punch that’s been there way too long. Otherwise, I’m notorious for keeping minimal items in there.
When did you discover you wanted to cook for a living? What was the defining moment?
In college, during study abroad in Seville. It was the intersection of tapas, wine and friends that did it.
How do you decompress?
Spend time with the cats, or ride a bike.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Cooking, though I’m not sure my exact role.
