CLASS Policies

• Please have the class code number and date available when you register by phone.
• Reservations are accepted on a first-come/first-serve basis, and are non-refundable.
• Classes include recipe packets, sample tastings and demonstrations of technique.
• Classes are demonstration-style and are approximately 2 ½ hours in length, unless otherwise indicated. Instructors reserve the right to alter menus.
• Payment must accompany each reservation. Space is limited.
• If you are using a certificate or discount, please make us aware at the time of reservation. Certificates and/or discounts are not available for use online. 
• Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, we will contact you by phone and refund your money.
• Wine is included for most evening classes.
• Menus for classes are subject to change at the chef's discretion.
• Adult classes are open to students 16 years of age and older.
