Chef Button has a long list of accomplishments
in the first several years of her professional
culinary career. It starts with working for Jose
Andres and Ferran Adri; collecting acclimations
from Food and Wine, Star Chefs, Golden Whisk
and the James Beard Foundation; moving to
Asheville to open Curate and most recently
Nightbell. The debut of her first cookbook:
Cúrate can now be placed on that list. Join us
for an exciting menu that features the Spanish
dishes that folks who dine at Cúrate know her
for. It’s hard to get a reservation in Asheville,
so grab a spot in our classroom!
