Join Amanda Fisher, owner of The Blakemere Company, for another "From Basics to Brilliant" class featuring pork tenderloin preparation. Roasted whole or sliced into cutlets, Amanda covers concepts of seasoning pork with basic brines and homemade marinades. You will also learn what to pair with pork, including add-ons and side dishes. This is a hands-on class.
