Amanda Fisher of Chapel Hill’s The Blakemere Company returns for another "From Basics to Brilliant" class featuring fish. Amanda covers the best way to cook fish fillets, whether you're pan-frying, grilling, broiling or baking. This class will introduce concepts of how to season fish, make easy sauces and suggest other ingredients that pair well. This is a hands-on class.
