CLASS: Advanced Knife Skills

Hone your knife skills with this class that goes beyond the basics. Brian, graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, demonstrates the selection of the proper knife for a particular task. Learn to debone, fillet, truss, trim, carve and butterfly. A snack will be served at the end of class. This is a hands-on class and Basic Knife Skills is a prerequisite.
