Enjoy an educational program presented in conjunction with Thijs Van de Kamp, Store Manager of TrySports in University Mall, and Susan Hearn, owner of Satisfy Your Soul product line. Learn to balance both eating and exercise to keep your body ready for any sport, or swimsuit.
