Our summer farmers’ markets are a celebration of the senses—the aromas, the colors, the flavors… the list goes on and on. Caitlin Burke is a seasoned locavore and guides you through an adventure to the local famers’ market where you will purchase fresh summer produce for a fresh summer meal. The class will meet in the Cooking School, walk to the Chapel Hill Farmers’ Market and return to the Cooking School to have a hands-on experience creating a sumptuous and spontaneous meal. No formal recipes will be provided.
