Indonesian dishes deserve an evening to shine. Chef Karel Leemkuil is a classically trained chef from The Netherlands, and for over two decades, he has been working as an Executive Chef in world-class restaurants, resorts, hotels and cruise lines. As a recent transplant to the Chapel Hill area, Chef Karel is eager to share his knowledge and passion for foods of Indonesia.
