Ditch the domestic brews produced en masse with little attention to detail. Greg Hirsh, craft beer expert, and Sean Lilly Wilson of Fullsteam Brewery present beer with Southern sensibility. Sean discusses the North Carolina beer industry while Greg gives an overview of ales vs. lagers, along with a taste test, naturally. The second half of the class will be a homebrew demonstration with plenty of time for questions.
