You’ll sample a cheese plate, soup, entrée and dessert, each showcasing notable cheese makers from the likes of Chapel Hill Creamery, Goat Lady Dairy, Prodigal Farm, Meadow Creek Dairy, Sweet Grass Dairy, Nature’s Harmony Farm and Sequatchie Cove. Matt helps you appreciate and understand cheese making while and Sheri shows you how to enjoy serving and eating each cheese.
