CLASS: The Science of Food and Wine

An innovative way to pair food and wine together from the inside out using very simple food science. In this workshop, you will learn the elements in food and wine that matter when they’re together, exploring the tools we all have to experience both the Zing! and the disappointment that can occur with pairings. It will really change how you think about food and wine pairing – an eye opener and a lot of fun! We will work with the six most popular varietals of wine and the basic components of food to discover the elevated experience.
