CLASS: Cooking with Summer Herbs
Fresh herbs can be purchased year round, but there is something about using them in the summer that just feels right. In this class, Chef Lucindy will demonstrate how to use fresh herbs in summer cooking. In addition, participants will receive a handout on herb-food pairings and be able to sample fresh herbs from the garden, as well as dine on delightful summer dishes which use herbs in new ways.
