Border style often means flame kissed, a touch of spice, topped with fresh salsa and finished with something cool and creamy.  Lucindy, owner of Terrapin Cove Culinary Lessons, has assembled her version of a Border style menu that will have you saying “Olé!”.

Menu: Queso Flameado Dip with Baked Chips; Grilled Romaine with Cornbread Croutons and Creamy Chipotle Dressing; Shredded Chicken, Black Bean and Mexican Slaw Arepas with Mango Guacamole; Put-the-Lime-in-the-Coconut Cream Tart.
