Seems that the local Asian take out places all appear to carry the same types of dishes.  Chef Amanda will be in our classroom to share some recipes with you that you can do at home and will be a change of pace from the usual lo mein or General Tso-and-so.

Menu: Sesame Orange Skewered Scallops; Thai Beef Salad with Cucumber, Mint and Cilantro; Chicken Thighs with Coconut Lemongrass Sauce; Black Sticky Rice; Mango Sorbet with Blueberry Sauce.
