Menu: Burrata with Heirloom Tomatoes, Compressed Watermelon, Basil Coulis, Vincotto, Olive Oil paired with “Watermelon Navy Slushee”; Pan Seared Duck with Maitake Mushrooms, Braised Fingerling Potatoes, Arugula, Rhubarb-Fennel Chutney and Mushroom Demi paired with “Triple R”; Baked Apple Pie Bread Pudding with Apple Brandy Caramel and Cinnamon Ice Cream paired with “First Hint of Fall”.
