Menu: Mushroom and Wild Rice Soup with Almonds and Brandy Crema; Chopped Fall Salad with Apples, Walnuts, Cranberries, Feta and Poppy Seed Dressing; Potato and Spinach Backeoffe Served with a Quick Naan; Roasted Succotash with Poblano Peppers and Caramelized Onions; Pistachio, Lime and Avocado Crème Brûlée.
