Fox Farm and Forage is a small woman-owned farm that produces gourmet mushrooms for many of your favorite dining locations around the Triangle. During this visit to our classroom she will share some cooking techniques for mushrooms and chat with us about the cultivating and foraging of the fungi.
Menu: Lion’s Mane Crab Dip; Smoked Pulled Oyster Mushroom Sliders with Kale and Apple Slaw; Third Course will be decided upon based on mushroom availability.
