The Bûche de Noël also known as a Yule Log, is a holiday symbol that dates back to 19th century France. Typically the sponge cake is rolled and frosted with chocolate buttercream to resemble a log and often decorated with meringue mushrooms. Guaranteed to be fun for kids and adults alike, this class is designed as a partners’ project.
Note: Children are to be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are sold to each individual attending.
