Armed with a background in biology and an interest in goat breeding, Mary Keehn began experimenting with cheese making in her home kitchen in 1983—the genesis of Cypress Grove Chevre. Located in picturesque Humboldt Country, California, Cypress Grove is the maker of iconic Humboldt Fog, a tangy chèvre with notes of buttermilk and cream imparting a clean citrus finish.
