Owner and producer of Theo's Olive Oils, Helen Dalitsouris knows a thing or two about the difference between a good olive oil and a great one. Luckily for us, she will be on hand at the Tasting Station on Saturday May 17 for a tasting and to share her extensive knowledge on the qualities and characteristics of olive oil and the production process that goes into making this "liquid gold".

Helen grows her olives and produces her oil in Greece, along with dried oregano and elephant beans. All of her products are featured at the Dilatsouris family's restaurant, Theo's Taverna, in Pinehurst, NC
