CLASS: Shop the Farmers’ Market

Our late summer and early fall farmers’ markets are a celebration of the senses—the aromas, the colors, the flavors… the list goes on. Lisa Moore and Nicole Marriner are both practiced locavores and guide you through an adventure to the famers’ market where we will purchase fresh fall produce for a fresh fall meal. The class will meet at the market at 4 p.m. and then reconvene at the Cooking School for a hands-on experience preparing a spontaneous yet sumptuous meal.
Menu: Menus will be based upon what we find at the market.
