CLASS: Learn at Lunch: Autumn Salads

It’s time to transition from summer salads to autumn salads. We are swapping strawberries for apples and summer squash for butternut squash, yielding salad entrées that are both healthy and hearty. Fresh produce doesn’t die with summer, it is simply replaced with equally delicious delicacies. This is a one-hour class.
