Ken is a Johnson & Wales trained chef who has worked at several marquee Charleston restaurants, including S.N.O.B. After many years, he traded in his chefs' coat for a yoga mat and his perception of food was changed forever. He founded Graw Foods, a locally-sourced vegan food company based on the idea that really good food should be really good for you! These dishes are so rich and flavorful that you will completely forget they are meatless! Learn how to place vegetables at the "center of the plate" and create a vegetarian meal that the whole family will love. Ken will share his tips and techniques for using healthy ingredients and techniques to make food taste better.
