Ken is a Johnson & Wales trained chef who has worked at several marquee Charleston restaurants, including S.N.O.B. After many years, he traded in his chefs' coat for a yoga mat and his perception of food was changed forever. He founded Graw Foods, a locally-sourced vegan food company based on the idea that really good food should be really good for you!
