Sara is curator of collections at the Gibbes Museum of Art, where she is responsible for the care and exhibition of the museum’s art collection. This January the Gibbes will present The Great Wave: Japonisme in Charleston, an exhibition that will explore the influence of Japanese art and culture on the artists of the Charleston Renaissance (1915 to 1945). Join Sara and the Cooking School Staff as they seamlessly translate timeless Japanese art into timeless Japanese cuisine.
