Tea and Chocolate Pairing Class with Lisa Boalt Richardson
Lisa has presented at the World Tea Expo, Metropolitan Cooking and Entertaining Show, Kashi, Emory University and many other national venues. Advancing to the highest level of achievement, Lisa is one of the first 15 people in the world to graduate from the Specialty Tea Institute (STI) as a “Certified Tea Specialist.” This is not only a pairing class, but a lesson for those hungry to learn how to become better tasters. Come learn the basics of tasting and pairing while eating chocolate and drinking tea. We will taste four different percentages of cacao found in delicious chocolates while learning how to pair specialty tea with them. Plus, a demonstration on how to make gourmet truffles in your microwave just in time for Valentine’s Day.
