Welcome to our online store!
Not all of the wonderful products in our store are available on our web site. Currently the products featured on the site are those from our most recent catalogs.
You may order anything you have seen in our store by calling us at 800-253-3663 and letting one of our Customer Service Agents help you with your order.
Go shopping for your items first. You can build your address book before ordering by selecting "Send to You" or create it as you go by selecting "Send to Other."
At checkout, sign in as a New or Returning Customer.
Am I a 'New' or 'Returning' Customer? If you have ordered online since 10/24/00, sign in as a Returning Customer. All other customers should sign in as New, even if you have ordered from us in the past.

How to Shop When you first enter Online Shopping, you will find a feature of selections of items from all of our departments.
Begin your browsing by clicking on the categories on the left. You might find it helpful to print this page as a reference.
To order or learn more about a product, click on the image or the underlined link to open a detailed description of the item.
Select whether you wish to ship the selected item(s) to you or to someone else. If the recipient is someone else, you will be asked to enter a nickname (ex. Mary). Then click Add to Cart.
You will see a review of your cart each time you add a new item. Continue shopping or proceed to check-out.
When your cart is full, proceed to check-out where you will then be prompted to enter your email address and password.
If you have ordered online since 10/24/00, sign in as a Returning Customer. All others should sign in as a New Customer, even if you have ordered from us in the past.
You will then be asked to provide complete shipping information for the items in your cart. By doing this you have just built your address book. You can also create your address book before you shop. Just go into "My Account."
The final step is to fill out all applicable billing, shipping and gift card information for your purchases.
You have just created your Personal Account, complete with an address book of all of your recipients.
Each time you come back to visit A Southern Season, enjoy shopping first, then sign-in at check-out as a Returning Customer simply by using your email address and password.
You will receive an email confirming your order within 24 hours.
Our online store features most of our current mail-order catalog products. If you know it's a catalog item, but don't find it on the site, it usually means that we are temporarily out of stock on that particular item.
