Chilled cantaloupe soup with blackened crab and honey roasted seeds. 

Second Course:

Pan seared scallops with charred peach, sorghum, Mangalitsa ham, arugula,  and crispy sweet potato.

Third Course: 

Fudgy chocolate brownie, salted pecans, caramel, butter pecan ice cream, and whipped cream.
