This vinegar, only available in the United States within the last year or so, is one of the favorite vinegars sold in our store. It has a rich aroma of concentrated grape must with hints of raisin and wood, and rivals the "tradizionale" Balsamic Vinegars of Modena and Reggio Emilia. It is a great vinegar for a simple salad or wonderful on top of vanilla ice cream!
