World Of Cheese Gift Sampler
Chosen by our resident cheesemonger, our hinged-lid willow basket holds an international sampling of artisan cheeses in your choice of sizes. They will enjoy soft-ripened French Fromage d'Affinois, Italian Asiago Pressato, cellar-cured Spanish sheep's milk Zamorano, Argentine Edam with Fines Herbes, our own Aged American White Cheddar, A Southern Season's Sesame Flatbreads, English Savory Biscuits for Cheese, fancy Water Crackers, Three Flavor Cheese Straws, Cheese Lover's Pub Mix, and a wooden cheese knife. Small holds over three pounds. Large presents almost five pounds. Large Hamper also available with a bottle of Les Petits Vignerons French white wine.

Fromage Au Point offers a French selection including rich, crumbly Bucheron, smooth but sweet Ossua-Iraty, buttery Cantal, semi-soft Tomme de Savoie, nutty Comte St. Antoine, and creamy Fourme D'Ambert. Also available with a bottle of Les Petits Vignerons White.
Formaggio Italiano brings some cheeses of Italy, and includes soft and creamy Robiola Cravanzina, nutty, savory Pecorino Toscano, rich Fontina Val D'aosta, flavorful Aged Provolone, melt-in-your-mouth Crucolo, and sweet, Parmigiano-like Granitu. Also available with a bottle of Stella Pinot Grigio.
Espana Origanal sends a sampler of Spanish cheeses, including rich, creamy Ibores, smooth Manchego, rustic, lightly-smoked Idiazabal, buttery and tangy Mahon, Membrillo reminiscent of homemade quince paste, and Fig Jam made with hand-picked figs from Andulusia. Also availble with a bottle of Almira Los Dos Shiraz/Grenache.
The U.S. Farmstead Collection collects the best from our backyard, and sends Purple Haze - chevre with fennel - of California, buttery Colorouge from Colorado, North Carolina's own "hoop cheese" - a creamy, soft cheddar, Wisconsin Mobay - goat and sheep cheese layered with grape vine ash, milky and sweet Lionza from California, and smooth Appalachian dairy cheese.
