Our home-grown Southern Cream Cheese Pound Cake is handmade from scratch in a small, family-owned North Carolina bakery called Cakes By Jane. They are made in small batches using only the finest and freshest ingredients and absolutely no preservatives. Each 3-lb cake serves 20-25 people. Unrefrigerated, the cake stays fresh 7-10 days frozen, it keeps for up to 6 months.
