Savory Goat Cheese Tart

Quick Facts:

Makes 24 tartlets

Ingredients:

24 premade tartlet shells, or make your own with:
2 cups all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
16 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled, cut into small pieces
¼ cup cold water

Tart Filling
1 jar Stonewall Old Farmhouse Chutney
½ pound goat cheese
¼ pound prosciutto-style country ham

Directions:

If making own tartlet shells, follow directions 1-3 here.

Tart:
1. Place 1 teaspoon chutney on each tartlet shell.
2. Add crumbled goat cheese and small decorative slice of country ham.
