Sweet and Spicy Grilled Shrimp with Lime

Quick Facts:

Serves 4


1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp groun cumin
2 Tbsp coconut or grapeseed oil
1/3 cup sweet ginger chili sauce
1/3 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro


1. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium high heat.
2. Toss the shrimp with oil, salt, pepper and cumin.
3. Sear shrimp on both sides until no longer translucent, about 3 minutes per side.
4. Combine with chili sauce, lime juice and cilantro.
5. Add the cooled shrimp and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
