Halloween Party Bark

Ingredients:

6 oz White chocolate, chopped
12 oz Semisweet chocolate, chopped
Orange sprinkles
Assorted Halloween candies

Directions:

Place the semi sweet chocolate in a stainless bowl over simmering (not boiling) water and stir until melted. Remove from heat and let stand about 5 minutes.
2. Spread ½ the semi sweet chocolate on a silpat into a thin layer and refrigerate.
3. Place the white chocolate in a stainless bowl over simmering (not boiling) water and stir until melted. Remove from heat and let stand about 5 minutes.
4. Slowly pour the white chocolate chilled chocolate mixture and spread. Cover completely with the orange sprinkles and chill.
5. Return the semi sweet pan over the simmering water and turn off the heat. When the white chocolate layer is firm spread remaining chocolate over the white layer.
6. Arrange candies all over the top. Chill until firm about an hour.
7. Remove the baking sheet from the refrigerator and transfer the bark to a cutting board. Cut the bark into irregular pieces with a knife.
8. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
