The Ultimate Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 ¼ cups half-and-half
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon salt
8 thick slices brioche
4 Tbsp butter
¾ cup peanut pecan butter
½ cup mayhaw jelly
¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
4 oz cream cheese, softened


1. Preheat oven to 250 degreees. Whisk together eggs, half and half, vanilla, sugar and salt.
2. Dip bread into liquid and hold aside. Heat butter in a skillet and cook each slice of bread on both sides until golden. Spread 4 slices of bread with peanut butter and top with jelly. Combine cream cheese and hazelnut spread and spread on the other 4 slices of bread. Assemble sandwiches and put in an oven safe dish. Heat until warm all the way through. Serve immediately with a fork and a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
