Grilled Corn with Chili Lime Butter

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

6 ears of corn, in the husk
1/2 stick butter, room temperature
2 tsp Gourmet Village Chili Lime Seasoned Sea Salt

Directions:

Heat the grill to medium heat. Peel back the corn husk, but do not detach it. Pull out the corn silk.

Combine the butter and seasoning mix. Rub each ear of corn with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pull the husk back, and secure it with twine.

Put the corn on the grill. Cook, turning frequently, until the husks are browned, about 15 minutes. Cut off the strings, remove the husks, and serve.
