Chef Chad Billings, a third generation chef, is seasoned in cuisine from around the world, earning his culinary degree from the American Culinary Federation apprentice program through Disney Academy. Billings, also an Assistant Professor in the Hospitality and Culinary Division, is an award winning chef who aims to continually teach those around him. Chef Billings was the natural choice for Southerly’s Executive Chef, with years of experience and unsurpassed culinary wisdom. Here, he focuses on locally-sourced Southern cuisine with worldly influences.
