Warm Weather Shipping Information

Our team takes great pride in providing you with exemplary customer service and an amazing array of products that are perfect for all occasions. As we are approaching another summer, we want to ensure that your gifts arrive in the best possible condition.

Below are steps you can take to protect your order.

  1. All orders containing chocolate & sweets should add thermal protection.  An additional $5 charge will add thermal wrapping and ice packs to each order. 

  2. Your order is shipping from North Carolina; if your recipient lives outside of our 2-day shipping zone, we strongly recommend using Two Business Day Shipping with Thermal Protection.  Here is our Shipping Map to help you determine our 2-day shipping zone.


  3. Consider enrolling in UPS My Choice by clicking here. This service is free and gives you the ability to redirect a package to a UPS access point in case you will not be home to receive your order.

Please Note:

  • Shipping may be delayed to protect your order: if necessary, we will hold your order so it does not ship over the weekend, protecting it from additional exposure to summer heat.
