Dipping sauceI smoke a lot of meats typically all with some sort of dry rub. I have found this sauce very good served as a heated dipping sauce for everything from pulled pork to pork loin to baby back ribs.

Awesome!First thing to note is that Chef Vivian will tell you is that this sauce is *not* to be used as a marinade but a finishing sauce. My husband and I had it at the wine shop of Chef and the Farmer. We were at a wine tasting and it was offered with just plain bread. Good enough that we bought a bottle. However, when we brought some home and, on a whim, used it on some wilted spinach....... oh..... my...... was that good! This sauce does absolutely delightful things for greens. YUM!
