Cider Tasting with Foggy Ridge

Join us on Saturday, March 5 from 12-3 p.m. for a complementary tasting of Foggy Ridge Cider. Cidermaker Diane Flynt combines innovation and tradition, using over 30 American, English and French apple varieties to create traditional hard cider crafted with modern techniques. Foggy Ridge Cider begins in the orchard with cider apples carefully selected for their unique flavors and grown for taste, not appearance. In thier cidermaking, they aim to put this fruit in the bottle with minimal manipulation. You won't find hopped or oak flavored cider; they don't flavor thier hard won cider apples with additions. Instead, Foggy Ridge aims to put the orchard in every bottle!
