Southern Season Peach Jam
When searching for someone to make peach jam for us, we decided there was no place better than the Peach State, which we also know as Georgia. Early settlers brought peach trees to Georgia and–in a climate perfect for their growth–they soon began to flourish. Before the Civil War, peaches were already established in the state as a commercial crop. Today, though overshadowed by neighboring South Carolina in terms of bushels produced, Georgia is still famed for its flavorful fruit and we are proud our jam is made there.
