Keemun is a traditional Chinese black tea made in the Anhui province. Adapting its English namesake from Qimen County in which it is made, Keemun was first produced in 1875 by a civil servant after he trekked to Fujian province to learn the mysteries of black tea production. Keemun brews a complex cup with sweetened fruit flavors and distinctive a smoky punch. Brewing Tips for Black Tea: 1. Bring freshly drawn filtered water to a boil. 2. Pour into teapot or mug and swirl to pre-warm, then discard. 3. Use water just off the boil, 195-200 °F. 4. Use 1 tsp. leaves per 6 oz. water. 5. Pour water over the leaves, cover and steep for 3 1/2 to 5 minutes. 6. Remove leaves and serve.

    The Best Black, by far....
Drink this tea and be spoiled forever. If you like a black tea that is just naturally flavorful without all the extra fussy additives, try this one. Great for breakfast, but honestly, I drink it all the time
