Lauri Jo's Pineapple Pepper Jelly
Home canning was a family tradition and a much-loved hobby for Lauri Jo Bennett before it became the growing and successful business it is today. She started with a few of her great-grandmother’s recipes, to which she has added every year to now having over 40 products.
Lauri Jo works tirelessly with local growers and suppliers to bring you the agricultural bounty of South Georgia. She is an active participant in the agri-tourism movement and has worked closely with the Georgia Department of Agriculture to promote the “Georgia Grown” label.
The Pineapple Pepper Jelly is my go to for cooking. I use this in my baked beans, shrimp stir-fry, and on my baked hams just to name a few.
