If you are sending gifts to multiple recipients, you are able to on our cart page to select the option to Ship to Multiple Addresses. You do not need to create an account, but it is recommended to be able to keep track of your orders and saved addresses.

We accept all major credits and you can pay with Paypal and Apple Pay for added convenience.

YES!We offer digital gift cards that are redeemable online-only at this time. Please note that we offer you the ability to customize your gift card with a large selection of design options. Upon purchase the gift card is sent to your email address and you are able to directly send it, at your convenience, to the recipient(s) of your choice. Our Gift Card can be found here

Orders

Due to technical restrictions, you are not able to change or cancel your order prior to delivery once it has been confirmed. If you would like to purchase a different item, or no longer wish to receive your order, please return the item you don't want within 30 days of receipt and place a new order if desired. All orders ship from Graham, NC and shipping costs are based on the distance, shipping service and items in your cart.

Sometimes we offer Free Shipping on certain occasions. Products that ship for free will be marked as such.

In the rare instance where a component is not available, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no charge.

General Shipping & Pickup

All Southern Season orders ship directly from Graham, North Carolina.

We ship to the Contiguous United States, Alaska & Hawaii. We do not ship international orders at this time.

During our warm weather months (April to October), our gifts are shipped using warm weather protection including ice pack and an insulation strategy to ensure that they arrive in great shape. Orders placed after normal shipping hours on Wednesday will occassionally be held to the following monday, depending on location, to ensure that they arrive safely.

We ship via Federal Express and our custom containers will ensure that your gift basket and food items will arrive in excellent condition.
