Southern Season offers several delivery options for your order from Fedex that includes Fedex Home Delivery/Ground and Fedex Second Day Air. Our shipping costs are based on the actual weight of your order and the destination using rates provided by Fedex.
All Southern Season orders ship directly from North Carolina. Our shipping department operates Monday - Friday only.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico.

Please choose Fedex Ground Economy: Please note that delivery times to PO Boxes are not guaranteed and can take up to 10-14 business days depending on the destination. We recommend shipping to the recipients physical address, if possible, for all orders.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Our delivery service will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Incorrect address may also delay shipment and your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by our delivery service.
From April to September, we charge $5.00 addtional shipping cost per shipping address for boxes containing foods and/or gift baskets that contain chocolate, candy and perishables.
Why?
It's hot on delivery trucks and in warehouses, even if it is not hot at your recipients address. We employ thermal bags and ice packs to ensure that your gift arrives in great shape. The thermal packaging is reusable and will help ensure that your products are safe from the heat.
Additional Notes: If your recipient is outside of Federal Express Two Day Transit zone for Home Delivery and Ground Shipments, we will require sending perishable items via 2-Day Air to ensure safe delivery. Orders Placed before Wednesday at 12 PM will be delivered by Friday. We will not ship perishable items over the weekend to ensure their safe arrival.
